Maxwell is the principal of Manhattan Strategies, an independent consulting firm obsessed with telling compelling visual stories for the world’s leading and emerging brands and voices. Over the past decade, Max’s work has engaged some of this decade’s most pivotal change-makers, from conceptualizing the future of work with AI, to elevating technologies and public policies that advance a clean energy future.
Applying an approach to communication strategy that is grounded in design, Manhattan Strategies has tested – and proven – that stakeholder action is motivated by visual stimulation.
Prior to scaling the approach to business and advocacy organizations, Max served as worldwide executive communications lead to the current CEO of a Fortune 100 tech company. There, he successfully deployed an integrated communication strategy that included digital media visibility, main stage keynote presentations, and sales channel and analyst engagements.
Max also served the Governor of New York where he partnered in the development of multiple State of the State and New York State Budget addresses to the New York State Legislature, the $1.6 billion Moynihan Train Hall unveiling in Manhattan, $10 billion master plan for JFK International Airport, $4 billion LaGuardia Airport reconstruction, $5.6 billion transformation of the Long Island Railroad, Puerto Rico Medicaid redesign, New York City Transit Genius Competition, and policy and budget engagements with organizations including The Business Council of New York State, Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Long Island Association (LIA), Transport Workers Union (TWU), and others.
Max is author of End of Words: 136 Ways to Command Your Career in a World Driven by Visual Communication announced in fall 2023 and a board member and Vice President for Marketing of the Silicon Valley chapter for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). He earned his Bachelor of Science in economics and political science from the University at Albany and Master of Public Administration concentrating in public finance from New York University. Audrey is the vice president of Manhattan Strategies and head of the firm’s New York City office. Audrey has spent the past 15 years in a front-row seat to the most pivotal shifts in political and corporate dynamics in a generation.
In her role, Audrey spearheads high-impact visual storytelling driving results for clients across industries with a focus on stakeholder strategy and engagement. This work includes New York-based and national advocacy campaigns in the lead-up to the 2024 General Election.
Prior to joining Manhattan Strategies, Audrey led corporate reputation programming for a global CPG brand, spearheading multi-million-dollar influence campaigns, opinion research and c-suite executive positioning. Previously, she drove public affairs for a Fortune 100 financial services company across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, shaping the political and regulatory environment on the state and federal level.
Prior to her time in the private sector, Audrey served in the House and Senate offices of then-U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly as the Director of Scheduling, responsible for the operations of the Senator’s office and a multi-state team supporting the Senator. Audrey also served on the ground in Indiana and Ohio during the Obama era that was defined by a fundamental transformation in how political campaigns win by leveraging digital media and visual communication.
Audrey earned her Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University in conflict students and has a Master of City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. She lives in New York City.

Campbell is an Associate for Visual Design at Manhattan Strategies, specializing in crafting compelling visual narratives across a variety of touchpoints. With a background in brand and visual communication, he brings a keen eye for detail to each project. Campbell’s expertise spans the creation and development of pitch decks, logos, and social media graphics, allowing him to effectively translate strategic goals into visually engaging content.
