Kent is an Associate for Dynamic Design at Manhattan Strategies, elevating brand storytelling through intentional motion system applications. His insight into crafting impactful stories allows for efficient, timely video production. From introducing animated elements to web design or producing large-scale videos, Kent looks for every opportunity to strengthen a client’s digital presence. 

Kent previously developed agency collaborations on high-profile social campaigns with major influencers, honing his expertise to deliver smart, relevant creative applications.

Kent has a BA in Art + Design from North Carolina State University. He lives in New York City.

Simran is an Associate for Visual Design at Manhattan Strategies, specializing in developing high-impact digital assets clients for including a Fortune 100 technology company, nonprofit partners and young design agencies. Simran's design process is methodical and data-driven, resulting in the development of creative direction and deliverables that exceed client expectations. 

Before joining Manhattan Strategies, Simran worked as a UI/UX and digital designer where she successfully collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from innovative tech startups and non-profit organizations to leading global digital marketing agencies.

Simran has a BFA in Communications Design from Parsons School of Design. She lives in New York City.

Serena is the Associate Director for Strategic Initiatives at Manhattan Strategies, bringing diverse expertise to the management of dynamic and robust website projects, brand conceptualizations and paid media campaigns. With a background in wireless technology, law, economic development, nonprofits, climate action, DEI as well as app and web development, she provides skilled and unique insights to clients from building a brand from scratch to giving an old website a 'face lift.' 

Serena  has a B.A. in Business Administration with a Studio Art Minor from Millsaps College, and a MBA from Louisiana State University at Shreveport. She lives in New York City.

Hannah is a Senior Associate for Dynamic Design at Manhattan Strategies, specializing  in creative storytelling through dynamic videos, graphics and animations. With expertise in motion graphics, digital design, and video production, Hannah brings a blend of technical and creative expertise to deliver high-quality multimedia solutions for clients across industries. Her experience spans restaurant software, human resources, global non-profits and medical publishing industries, showcasing her ability to create dynamic brand identities and multimedia content.

Prior to Manhattan Strategies, Hannah has 6+ years of experience working across marketing and social media teams for various B2B organizations (type of org) organization. Her portfolio of work included end-to-end production of virtual events, podcast production, post production editing and dynamic design with an eye to social media.

Hannah has a Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media and Communications from Texas Tech University. She lives in New York City.

Sophia is an Associate for Visual Design at Manhattan Strategies, specializing in crafting visually compelling designs including holistic branding, website design, and UX problem-solving. She has crafted brand identities for historic CPG companies, national non-profit organizations and start-ups. With a diverse background in industrial and visual design, Sophia is passionate about creating innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and elevate brand identities.

Sophia has a BFA in Industrial Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. She lives in Lima, Peru.
